CQPM
How it works
CQPM (Continuous Quality Process Monitoring) brings a diagnostics lab's quality registers into one desktop app. Each department logs its daily quality parameters, managers review and approve them, and the month's data shows up as a matrix and metrics.
Our Approach
We modelled the app on the lab's real workflow: a Today page for the day's entries, a monthly matrix and calendar for review, and a metrics view for trends. Roles and departments decide who can see and change what.
Parameters Without a Developer
Departments build their own parameters with a parameter builder. New or changed parameters go through a request-and-approval flow, so the register never changes silently.
Built for Shared Lab PCs
Inactivity logout, session warnings, password changes and a lock screen keep shared machines safe. A health check shows when the database can't be reached.
Remote Control and Updates
Admins can lock the app remotely, push an announcement to every install, hide departments or switch features off. An update banner tells users when a new version is ready.
Audited Before Rollout
We ran an adversarial pre-mortem security and stress audit on our own architecture, covering key handling, role checks and failure modes, and documented the fixes needed before wider rollout.
