Boutique Invoice App
How it works
An Android invoicing app built for a tailoring boutique. It handles what tailoring needs: advance payments, the balance due, measurements in the invoice notes and customer statements, all offline on the phone.
Our Approach
We started from our InvoiceCreator app and reshaped it around how a boutique takes orders: a deposit when the order is placed and the balance on delivery.
Advances and Balances
Every invoice records the advance paid and shows the balance due. Partial payments are tracked until it's settled, and discounts work in rupees or percent.
Customers From Your Contacts
Import customers from the phone's contacts, call or WhatsApp them from their page, and see each customer's full statement.
Reminders and Records
WhatsApp reminders, due-date notifications, expenses and profit, and a backup of the whole database.
