Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use eira.website or hire eira, a studio run by Archit Datta in Kolkata, West Bengal, India ("eira", "we", "us"). By using the site or confirming a project with us, you agree to them.

1. Our Services

We make content, build custom tech and plan strategy for businesses. What each project includes (scope, deliverables, timeline and price) is agreed in writing, by quote, email or WhatsApp, before work starts. If a written quote and these terms differ, the quote applies to that project.

2. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Fixed prices apply as listed on the Pricing page; custom builds are quoted per project.
  • Any applicable taxes are shown on the invoice.
  • Ad spend is separate from our fees and is paid to the ad platforms.
  • Work starts once the advance or full fee stated in the quote is paid. Monthly plans are paid in advance for each month.

3. Your Part

  • Share the information, access, content and feedback the project needs on time. Delays on your side can move the timeline.
  • Only give us material (logos, photos, videos, text) that you own or have the right to use.

4. Changes and Revisions

The quote says what changes are included. Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately, and we will confirm the cost with you before doing it.

5. Delivery

All our services are delivered digitally: files, links, access or published content, sent by email or WhatsApp or set up on the relevant platform. We don't ship physical goods.

6. Ownership

  • Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you.
  • We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and reusable code, and you get the right to use them as part of your deliverable.
  • Third-party parts, such as fonts, stock media, open-source libraries and platforms, stay under their own licences.
  • We may show the work in our portfolio without naming you or your business, unless you ask us not to.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Some projects run on third-party services, such as hosting, payment gateways, WhatsApp and ad platforms. Their availability, fees and rules are set by those providers, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

8. Results

We work to grow your business, but we can't guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, reach, followers or ad performance.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your business information private and use it only for your project. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

12. Using This Website

The text, reels, images and design on eira.website belong to eira or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Changes to These Terms
