How it works
InvoiceCreator is a mobile invoicing app built for a design studio. It manages customers and invoices, generates branded PDF invoices that customers can pay by UPI, and tracks what's been paid, right from the phone.
Our Approach
Invoicing should take less than a minute and work without signal. Everything is stored on the device in SQLite, so the app is instant and private by default.
Invoices That Look Professional
PDFs carry the studio's logo, address and signature, plus a UPI QR code, bank details and a one-tap Google Pay link, so customers can pay straight from the invoice. They can be printed or shared from the phone.
Built for Indian Businesses
Amounts in INR use lakh and crore digit grouping, while other currencies use standard grouping. Per-line tax and totals are calculated in whole paise with consistent rounding, so invoices always add up.
Payments and Earnings
Partial payments are tracked, WhatsApp reminders go out in a tap, and marking an invoice as paid can send the customer a thank-you email. A ledger and analytics show earnings, spending and profit.
Private by Design
An app lock with fingerprint or face unlock protects the data, and sensitive fields are encrypted, with keys kept in the device's secure store.
Orders From the Web Store
In Admin mode, orders from the studio's online store arrive live, with active orders, stock and billing value at a glance. Each order turns into an invoice in one tap.
