How fast do you reply?
Within 2 to 3 hours, the same day. Message us on WhatsApp or email, whichever is easier.
How soon does my content start?
Your first reels or posts arrive within 1 day of payment, and the plan runs on schedule from there.
How long does a motion reel take?
24 to 48 hours for a 20 to 60 second reel.
How long does a website, store or app take?
Every tech build is quoted with its own timeline, after a short call about what you need. The quote tells you exactly when each part is ready.
Who makes the videos?
We do. Depending on the plan, we design motion graphics that need no camera, edit footage you send us, or plan a shoot with you.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo and brand colours, any photos or videos you already have, and a short call about your business and customers. We plan everything else.
Is there a minimum term?
No lock-in. Content plans run 10 days at a time, and ads can also run monthly. Stop any time before the next one starts; a plan that has already started isn't refunded.
How do I pay?
Against an invoice, by UPI or bank transfer. Work starts once the advance or full fee in your quote is paid. Any taxes are shown on the invoice.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is paid straight to Meta and is separate from our fee.
Do I own what you make?
Yes. Once you've paid in full, the final reels, posts and builds made for you are yours.
Do you only work in Kolkata?
We're based in Kolkata and work with businesses across India, over WhatsApp and calls.
